• Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests 4 and older require individual ticket for entry. Children 3 and under are free.
•Strollers are not permitted in the ice! exhibit. Additionally, wagons (including stroller wagons), whether pushed or pulled, are not permitted.
•This experience is kept at a chilly 9 degrees. You will be provided with a parka. Warm clothing is recommended.
• Guests must arrive to attraction entrance at their scheduled time. No early or late admission will be permitted.
• Tickets are non-refundable. Additional fees for parking and taxes are not included in admission and charges will apply. Our resort is cashless throughout your experience.

ice! slide experience:
•Children younger than 4 years old or under 40" will be allowed to ride the children's slide only. You must slide one-at-a-time. No lapsitting. Closed-toe shoes are required. No sandals, heels, or flip-flops.
